However, the places we choose to advertise are  personally selected, inspected and recommended for their reliability, standard of services and quality or location or beauty or tranquillity... In case of any deficiencies in our advertisers' services described on our pages, or failure of such services to reach a reasonable standard, our policy would be to reject and delete the advertiser in question from the site. So we can assure you that all our advertised accommodations are commendable and we would like to vouch for them.
