Maisonette AGERI, for 2 - 5 people

Situated on its own, at the very end of the plot, this cottage-style maisonette is surrounded by gardens and trees. The spacious front patio offers table and chairs under the olive tree, and a barbeque; at your disposal. There is also a private terrace on the top floor with mountain views, accessed by external staircase, which is ideal for private sunbathing.

GROUND FLOOR : Entrance into dining room with corner fireplace, TV and dinner table. The kitchen at the back of the room is well equipped with large fridge, sink, two cooking rings, extractor fun, coffee maker, kettle, toast/sandwich maker and cupboards with all necessary utensils. The bathroom, on the ground floor, is rather small and has shower, basin and wc.

↑ MAIN BEDROOM : There is a separate main bedroom on the ground floor, which is pretty small. It has space just for a double bed, wardrobe, one bedside table and dressing table with mirror. There are also 2 windows looking at the garden and door to the front private patio.

↓ GALLERY : The open gallery above the kitchen area can accommodate 3 people. It has a double and a single bed, 1 table between the beds, and wardrobe. A nice feature here is the exposed beamed traditional roof. The staircase is a bit steep, as you may see on the photo above.
