How to Book : Please e-mail us at
anellicottage@skopelos.net to check availability and we will
e-mail you back to confirm available dates. We would make a
preliminary reservation for seven days until you confirm your flight
reservation and inform us via email.

In order to hold your reservation, we will need
to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge.
You may send this money either by a postal money order or bank check
- payable to Akrivopoulou Evlalia, sending it to the address below with
copy sent by fax, which will confirm your reservation immediately.
Or alternatively, you may transfer the money to the Emporiki Bank of
Greece, Skopelos Branch 727, Swift No EMPOGRAA, account no
727/57767880, in the name of Akrivopoulou Evlalia |

Upon receipt of your deposit you will
receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with
time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email. We would send a
written and signed certification for the reservation of the
house, if client requests so.

Car rental per day in euro for a
week booking minimum : Car hire
is optional and can be arranged by the owners if
required; please see below for prices. Car prices include: Unlimited
kilometres, Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW) 700 euro,
Local Taxes plus VAT, 24 Hour Assistance. |

Booking Conditions : Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to
your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday,
full payment is required.
You will be met at the hydrofoil port by us and
personally taken to the house for your introduction. Car hire is
essential to be picked up on arrival. We can help you with advance
car and bike hire reservations as well as try to honour any special
requests.
Bed linen and bath towels provided; house
cleaning, linen and towel change two times per week. All water,
electricity and arrival transfer included. Please bring your own
beach towels. |

Regarding cancellations
: We strongly urge you to take out holiday insurance,
which will cover most likely causes of cancellation. If a booking is
cancelled more than eight weeks prior to your arrival, a refund of
your deposit will only be made if the gap is re-booked, less a 10%
service fee.
If the booking is cancelled within eight weeks of
arrival date, 100% of the rent will be charged. In the event of
non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel your
booking. |
