BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Upon receipt of your booking / enquiry form we will send you a prompt answer via email and we would make a preliminary reservation for seven days.
• Confirm your flight reservation and inform us via email.
• In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge.
• You may transfer this money to the Commercial Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 727, BIC: EMPOGRAA. We shall send you the number of our account via email.
• Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email. We would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so.
• Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.

• You will be met at the hydrofoil port by us. We shall take you to your accommodation, show you how things work and handle the keys. We can help to arrange your departure transfer.
• Bed linen and bath towels provided; please bring your own beach towels.

• House cleaning, linen and towel change once per week (every 7 days).

• All taxes, water, electricity and arrival transfer included in price.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We strongly urge you to take out holiday insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation. If a booking is cancelled more than eight weeks prior to your arrival, a refund of your deposit will only be made if the gap is re-booked, less a 10% service fee. If the booking is cancelled within eight weeks of arrival date, 100% of the rent will be charged. In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
