VELANIO is on the south-western coast. You should walk to reach this beach.

Next to Stafilos, on the other side of the headland, much larger and wider, with umbrellas and sun beds. Impressive beach, with fine thick sand and water spring at the very end. Some years ago it was the most popular (unofficial) nudist beach of the island.
