PRICES & BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prices : The price includes the house and all its facilities per week. The house may be booked for a minimum of one week. There is space for a third guest in the sitting room, and details of prices for 2 people or 3 people are given in the table below. Prices are shown in £Sterling. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer, either in £ Sterling or Euros. We regret we do not accept credit cards. Prices do not include travel or insurance, which you will need to arrange yourself. All bookings run from 16.00 Friday afternoon to 11.00 the following Friday when you will need to vacate the property so we can get the house ready for our next guests. Luggage may be stored while waiting for the ferry, by arrangements with us.

The Living Room has divans offering sleeping accommodation for one further guest.

How to Book : Please e-mail us at cypress@skopelos.net to check availability and we will e-mail you back to confirm available dates, with a booking form for you to fill in, and travel information. We will make a preliminary reservation for seven days and confirm your reservation once we receive your completed booking form with your deposit cheque or bank transfer (1/3 of total price, with the balance due one month prior to the booking). If the booking is less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday, payment in full is required. Cheques and bank transfers may be sent in £Sterling or Euros. Once we have accepted your booking and payment a contract has been entered into. Please confirm your flight reservation and inform us via e-mail. We will then send you times of hydrofoils and ferries via e-mail and agree a time for you to be met and to be shown to the house.

Booking Conditions:

Bookings do not include the cost of travel, which you must arrange yourself.

When you sign the booking form you warrant: that you are over 18 years old and have the authority of any persons accompanying you who will use the property during the period booked; that you sign on their behalf and that you will indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to the property and its contents from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by yourself or any person accompanying you.

To the rear of the Living Room, a door opens onto a cool and private courtyard garden.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, or damage to any belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any person accompanying you.

You must arrange your own holiday cancellation and travel insurance.

If you cancel a booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible. Refunds (less £50 administration fee) cannot normally be made unless at least 2 months notice is given and the booking is re-let.

We can in some cases transfer bookings to a new date if available, provided this is requested not less than two months from the start of the booking.

We may cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins. We would only expect to do this for a reason unforeseen by us at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event we shall refund in full all money received by us for the booking.
