Situated in the centre of Glossa Village, this stone house has been
carefully modernised internally, while keeping its essential Greekness.
Ideal as an Aegean island holiday base, midway between Thessaloniki
and Athens, pretty close to Skiathos airport. |

friendly Greek neighbours, it has ready access on foot and by car;
within a 100 metre radius it is served by shops, 2 bakeries and one
of the best restaurants in the village. Mains electricity, water and
sewerage are connected. It has two storeys and is ready for

Top Floor - Living Room and Bedroom
:
Situated in an unlevelled corner, the house is served by two
main entrances. The first entrance leads direct into a spacious
living room on the top floor, with exposed beams, wood floors and
ceiling, which also accommodates the double, old style bedroom. The
long traditional balcony, with small wc, enjoys panoramic views. It
is made from hard wood, as well as all the double glazed doors and
windows. |

Ground Floor- Dining and Kitchen
:
The second entrance, at the other side of the street, leads
direct into the kitchen and the spacious dining area, with
exposed beams, wood floors and ceiling and a corner fireplace.
The main bathroom with shower and wc is also here. |

Outside- Courtyard and Pool
:
Just outside the kitchen, there is a private, fenced courtyard
with lovely views across the village, a huge palm tree and the
pool. The house
was lovingly restored in 2003 and the pool was constructed the same
year. |
