This two storey
building comprises the 4 furnished studios KERASIES, named after
the big cherry trees in the land. Situated in a large,
well
maintained and fenced plot, it is surrounded by mature olive trees.
The property is 2.5
kilometres away from
Skopelos town and harbour, on the main road to
Stafilos
beach. On the area there are a few taverns, super markets and gas
station. |

Studios Interiors - Entrance
into clean and tidy open plan room, with
twin beds,
wardrobe, air conditioning set (cool or heat) and TV. The
kitchenette on the opposite side comprises dinner table and
chairs, fridge, sink, electric cooking-rings, extractor fan and
utensils. Next to the kitchen is the en-suite bathroom with
shower, wc and wash basin. French doors lead out into private
veranda for the ground floor units, or covered balcony for the
top floor units. Third bed could be added at the client's
request, at an extra charge. Also, the twin beds can be joined
together to make a double bed. Cleaning, linen and fresh towels
changed mid-week.

Garden & Exteriors
- In the large and cool garden there is a traditional stone barbecue for common use
with table and chairs, under the mature olive trees. There is also
plenty of space for parking
your car. The verandas of the ground floor studios have direct
access to the garden. |

Extra Bed -
If an extra bed is added at the client's request, the room rate is
increased by 6 Euros daily.

In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit
which covers 30% of your charge.
