This studio is located at the side of the first building, on the ground floor. The entrance from the patio leads into small kitchen, equipped with dining table and chairs, fridge, two cooking rings with extractor fan, sink and cupboards. The fully tiled bathroom (next to the kitchen) has basin, shower and WC. The bedroom is separated with a wall, but without door, and offers a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, satellite TV, air-conditioning set, and sofa which can be used as a third bed. The two windows look at the garden. The raised patio with table and comfortable chairs, enjoys views to the sea and the garden.
