Like an oasis on the edge of Skopelos main town, the Perivoli Studios provide ideal accommodation for those seeking a peaceful, secluded and self-catering holiday in Greece. Less than two minutes walk from Skopelos photographic centre, the studios are ideally located on the town periphery. The busy harbour side, the buzzing taverns and cafes are a mere eight minutes walk and the bus stop for the beaches is just 100 yards away. |

The Perivoli Studios consist of five modern self-contained studio-apartments converted in what use to be a traditional agrarian stone building used for plum ovens and its storage amenities. And is so derived from the typically Greek Kalivi and Apothiki type of vernacular building. They look out onto an exceptionally verdant plum orchard, like the ones that for centuries used to have been the source of the islands prosperity. With a common private entrance, these warm coloured and south facing studios are surrounded by exceptional greenery and are very quiet. In their design and location, the Perivoli Studios offer the finest of the essential Greek Style and have retained the informality that typically characterizes the Greek Perivoli Gardens and that is so inescapably endearing. |

Individually designed and refurbished in 1998, the five studios have been tastefully decorated. The discreet furnishings contribute to the creation of an interior that is restful in its planned simplicity and in the comforts they offer. Each studio has a fully fitted bathroom, and is equipped with a fitted white and beech wood kitchenette comprising a fridge, sink, cooking rings, small oven, extractor; coffee maker and electric kettle. The studios also have central heating (in low season); ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes, exterior wooden shutters, iron and ironing board, mosquito plug in appliances, the use of a common washing machine and of a parking area for our guests cars. |

Four of the garden studios have their own private vine shaded and flower-filled patios within the main garden. Apartment 1 is the largest ( for 2-4 people). It has a separate well appointed bedroom with twin beds, and en-suite bathroom. The entrance is to a spacious sitting room, attractively furnished with a fixed seating area that converts into 2 single divans with a table and two chairs adjoining the kitchen area, a dressing table and a chest of drawers. Studios 2, 3 and 4 consist of large open plan bed sitting rooms, twin beds with, en-suite bathrooms and newly fitted white and beech wood kitchenettes. Studio 4 has a separate sleeping area with a double bed. It also has a convertible fixed seating area as does studio 2. Studio 5 (for two people) has twin beds, and is on the first floor reached by an outside staircase and has access to a huge private roof terrace equipped with parasol and outdoor furniture. Also, it has a sunny front balcony ideal for sun worshippers. |
