When you have decided on your dates and chosen your studio, send us the booking form or phone us (+30 6974120450 / +30 24240 24480) and we can instantly confirm whether your chosen studio or alternative is available. We will hold your reservation for 5 working days in order for you to complete your travel arrangements.

Please send us 50 % deposit of the total accommodation cost by Bank Transfer or, send us a Cheque by post. We regret we do not accept credit cards. Fax us (+30 24240 23668) the Bank receipt so that we may immediately confirm your booking by email, fax or phone.

Please pay the remaining balance of your booking during your stay at the Perivoli. In the event of non-payment by due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

• All prices are inclusive of : cleaning, change of linen and towels midweek.

• Prices are per unit, per day, in euros.

• Under no circumstances may the stated maximum number of occupants per studio be exceeded.

• Escort to and from Skiathos Airport to the accommodation and for any party size is an extra charge of 40 euros.

Your holiday insurance will cover most likely causes of cancellation.

It is highly unlikely that we have to cancel your booking, but disasters can befall studios as they do people. In such a case we will provide the earliest possible notification, offer a full refund or attempt to find alternative accommodation which is acceptable to you.

Alterations of dates: We will try our best to be flexible but a surcharge of 10 % of the booking fee will be charged.

Insurance: All visitors to the Perivoli Studios must have a valid holiday insurance prior to arrival. Our insurance will only cover you for the time you are staying with us, only in the vicinity of the property and for any negligent act or omission by the management.

Transfer: On arrival one of us will be waiting for you at the port in Skopelos to take you by taxi to the studios. On departure we will arrange for a taxi to take you to the port. If required we can also arrange for personal escort to and from Skiathos airport.
