- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 potatoes
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
Peel garlic cloves, remove sprout if exists and crush them.
Put mashed potatoes, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt in a
mixer.
Blend, while adding the oil drop by drop, until the mixture
becomes smooth. If the mixture appears too dry, add a little water. |
