Garlic Dip with bread

Preparation Instructions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 thick slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt
Remove the crusts from bread and soak in water. Peel garlic cloves, remove sprout if exists and crush them.

Squeeze the water out of the bread. 

Put bread, crushed garlic, vinegar, lemon juice and salt in a mixer.

Blend, while adding the oil drop by drop, until  the mixture becomes smooth.

Serving instructions
Lovely served with fried fish

Preparation Instructions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 potatoes
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. 

Peel garlic cloves, remove sprout if exists and crush them. 

Put mashed potatoes, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt in a mixer. 

Blend, while adding the oil drop by drop, until  the mixture becomes smooth. If the mixture appears too dry, add a little water.

Serving instructions
Lovely served with fried fish
