TRAVEL TO SKOPELOS

BOOKING

For your booking, please follow the next steps:

  1. E-mail, fax (0030 24240 22909) or call  0030 24240 22909 Skopelos to check availability. We will make a preliminary reservation for seven days.

  2. Confirm your flight reservation with your travel agent.

  3. Fill in the Booking Form.

  4. You may send us your deposit (30% of total invoice plus total special requirements costs) with a Money Order from your local Bank or with a postal Payment Order via your local Post Office. For early bookings we accept Personal Money Orders. Alternatively, for UK residents, the deposit can be paid at HSBC Bank in UK. Fax us the Bank or Post receipt so that we may immediately confirm your booking.

Upon receipt of your Booking Form, you will receive confirmation via email of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. We would send a written and signed certification for the reservation, if client requests so. Please note that balance of invoice is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required. Bookings Friday to Friday preferred; bookings which start / finish other than Friday will be considered but not necessarily accepted.

HOTEL IN ATHENS

For clients wishing to spend one or more days in Athens, we are willing to reserve a convenient hotel room in the centre, close to the Check-in Point of the FLYING DOLPHINS.

TRANSFER

We will meet you at the harbour upon your arrival to take you to the accommodation and give you the keys. The house is just 3 minutes away from the sea front.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Iron and iron board are available if required.

  • More special requirements (drinks, champagne, flowers arrangement, beach towels, car rental, etc.) can be arranged on request.

  • For infants under 2, a baby cot will be provided together with linen and blankets, at £35 per week. Extra baby equipment (high chair, bathtub, swing, slide, play table, etc) can be arranged on request.

ALTERNATION OF DATES

When there is a possibility for alternation of dates, this will be done without surcharges.

CANCELLATION

We urge you to take out holiday insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation. If you cancel up to eight weeks before departure 25% of rent will be charged. Within eight weeks of departure 100% of rent will be charged. In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. It is highly unlikely that we would have to cancel your booking, but disasters can befall houses as they do people. In this case we will provide the earliest possible notification, offer a full refund or attempt to find alternative accommodation, which is acceptable to you.

CLEANING

The accommodations are cleaned once per week ( every seven days ) ; brooms and cleaning materials are available for everyday use if required. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly ( no beach towels ). In the town there is a launderette 2 minutes from the house and a dry-cleaner's. The client should leave the accommodation in good order and undertakes to inform us of any damage or loss during occupancy and to pay for such damage or loss.

CHECKING IN AND OUT

Day of arrival, occupation not before 15.00''. Day of departure, keys handed in by 10.00''.
