Situated in the town of Skopelos, in a very convenient
location, less than 100m from the sea front and the harbour. Ideal
for a family or two couples who want to be close to local amenities, shops
and restaurants but also have privacy and space. The private garden,
hidden behind the house, looks like a small oasis. It is very often
that parents relax here, while children are wandering in the town or
swimming at the nearby pool. It has a shaded patio with big dinner table,
a sunny patio for sunbathing, few trees, flowers and a fish pond. |

The flat is comfortably furnished, decorated with
quality fittings and floored with white cool tiles. A well equipped kitchen
behind the breakfast bar has fridge, sink, mini oven, extractor fan and many extras such as electric
kettle, tea pot, tin opener etc. The main bedroom has double bed with
side lights, fitted wooden wardrobe and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted
wooden wardrobe, ceiling fan and en-suite shower / wc. A third bed could
be placed here if required. The glass door leads out to the garden
