The Studios are quietly located in a huge, steep land with lots of trees, above Karkatzouna beach. The green natural surroundings, the uninterrupted views to the Aegean Sea and the private beach below combine to make this a unique spot ; something hard to find on Skopelos. Facing west, south and east all units enjoy scenery views to the neighboring islands and dramatic sunsets.

The small village of Elios, is only 500 met away with shops and taverns. Loutraki harbor is 8 km, Glossa town 5 km, Skopelos town and harbor 19 km. The main road and bus stop to the town is at the top of the land. During July and August there is a bus service every hour. In low season there are 5 to six services per day. The quiet sandy beach below is less than 100 meters.
