RESERVATIONS

Reservations and Ticket purchasing can be made at
the port agents and authorized agents
and at the main Booking Offices / Booking Centre of Hellenic Seaways. Passengers are recommended to reserve on time
especially during the high season. |

CANCELLATIONS
:
Tickets are valid only for the voyage issued.
Passengers are entitled to a refund of 50% of the rate if cancellation
has been effected before the departure. Refunds are effected only by the
issuing office upon the Company's authorization.

EMBARKATION
:
Passengers are kindly requested to be ready for
embarkation at least 30 minutes prior to departing time at the
Check-in-Points.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
:

In case of loss the ticket is not
refundable or replaceable.

Valuables can be deposited in the safe of
the ship. if the passenger keeps his personal belongings, the Shipping
Company declines all responsibility in case of loss or damage.

Passengers wishing to carry domestic
animals are obliged to declare same at the time of seat reservation.
Passengers shall be fully responsible for the safety and care of animals and
observe all prevailing sanitary and safety regulations of the authorities
and the Company.

Open-day tickets are valid
for 6 months after the date of issue, eventual fare differences will be
collected. Holders of open date tickets must make reservation in due time.

- The company bears no responsibility in case the passenger misses the bus.

The company bears no responsibility for any baggage loss.
- The coach coupon is valid for passengers travelling with
Flying Dolphins vessels.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry up to three pieces of luggage of total weigh 30 kg.
