• Upon receipt of your booking / enquiry form we will send you a prompt answer via email and we would make a preliminary reservation for seven days.

• Confirm your flight tickets and inform us via email.

• In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge.

• You may transfer this money to the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, Skopelos Branch 471, Swift No ETHNGRAA. Account no will be sent to you via email. We will confirm your reservation, as soon as the deposit has been transferred into the bank account.

• Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email. We would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so.

• Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking is less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.

• We shall meet you at the hydrofoil port. We will pre-arrange a taxi to take you directly to your accommodation and we will accompany you to handle keys and show you how things work. We can help to arrange your departure transfer.

• 2 people occupancy: Please, note that for 2 people occupancy (for a couple) the master bedroom will be prepared. If 2 people wish 2 separate bedrooms, they should inform us in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

• We strongly urge you to take out holiday insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.

• If a booking is cancelled more than eight weeks prior to your arrival, a refund of your deposit will only be made if the gap is re-booked, less a 10% service fee. If the booking is cancelled within eight weeks of arrival date, 100% of the rent will be charged. In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
