Please bring your own beach towels.<\/li>\n<li>The additional charge for a 3rd guest is \u20ac20 per night.<\/li>\n<li>A 5th guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The additional charge is \u20ac10 per night.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum stay is three (3) nights. Stays of less than 3 nights are provided based on specific dates.<\/li>\n<li>Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is \u20ac8 per night. An ideal place for those who want the convenience of the town and the amenities nearby, as well as a wonderful unobstructed view of the bay and port of Skopelos.<\/li>\n<li>Two houses further than the apartment, there are steps you can walk down to the center of town, passing by two great restaurants (Alexander\u2019s and Rodi).<\/li>\n<li>The location of the apartment allows for privacy, while a 10 to 15 minute walk down the winding cobblestone steps takes you to the back streets of the town.\u00a0Here you will find hidden restaurants, intimate bars, quaint shops and finally the picturesque waterfront of Skopelos Town.<\/li>\n<li>For guests with walking difficulties, a vehicle (car or motorbike) is recommended and we will be happy to arrange one, if you wish.\u00a0The way back from the port is a steep climb, for some guests it is perfectly manageable, while others use taxis to return.<\/li>\n<li>There is free parking space at the house for one car.
