LIVING ROOM is clearly defined with door that closes. Furnished with a comfortable sofa – which folds out to a double bed – it is looking straight out to the stunning views of the church and the sea beyond. The dining table extends for meals and then closes to a smaller size to create more space and makes a great writing, reading or laptop table. There is an iron and ironing board at your disposal in the closet.

Although small, the KITCHEN is well equipped and no essential is spared such as electric kettle and coffee maker. A full sized cooking range makes cooking simple meals a breeze. The dining table in the sitting room is situated perfectly to enjoy the fabulous views from the French doors. The kitchen is also equipped with a clothes washing machine.

BEDROOM is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and small bench seat and enjoys the same wonderful views to the harbour below, even from the bed! The apartment has a balcony – connecting the sitting room and bedroom – from which to enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats come and go, or enjoy an evening drink and watch the twinkle of the town lights come to life.

The WC / SHOWER ROOM is situated off of the small hallway.

• Price includes the whole apartment and all its facilities, per night, for 2 or 3 persons respectively.
• The apartment is available for other months; please contact the owners.
• Arrival transfer, water and electricity are included in price.
• Bed linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
• House cleaning, linen and towel change once per week (every 7 days).
• Price does not include the cost of holiday cancellation or insurance, which you will need to arrange yourself.
• You will be met at the hydrofoil port by the house co-ordinator, who will take you to your accommodation, show you how things work and handle the keys. She can also help you to arrange your departure transfer.

How to Book

• Please check availability before submitting the Request Form.
• Upon receipt of your form, owner will send you a prompt reply by email and she would make a preliminary reservation for seven (7) days.
• Confirm your flight reservation and inform her by email.
• In order to hold your reservation, owner will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge. You may transfer this money to her bank account, details of which she will send you by email.
• Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Owner would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so; also travel instructions and other useful details.
• Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy

• We strongly urge you to take out holiday/travel insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.
• If you cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that you notify the owners by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible.
• Refunds (less € 50 administration fee) cannot normally be made, unless at least 2 months notice is given and the booking is re-let.
• In the event of non-payment of the balance, owners reserve the right to cancel your booking.
