The apartment was simply stunning; amazing sea views, great location, brilliant value for money – highly recommended. The communication was excellent and the service was first class. We both really enjoyed our time on Skopelos and would love to return to the apartment again next summer!

We have stayed at the Balcony 5 times now in the autumn, returning year after year because the setting is so wonderful. The view shows off the island at its best.

Looking at the photos on the website makes me remember what a nice apartment this is and how nicely it’s situated. It’s good to wake up in a place which is off to the side, not in the middle of town. Plus you sleep very well. One night we saw lights moving underwater – people were taking a midnight swim. The apartment is sunny, friendly, and simple. Plus you can walk everywhere, nothing is far. I can’t wait to return.

My week at the “Balcony Over the Sea” was magical and rejuvenating! The location was perfect, right off the harbour and elevated enough to offer isolation and privacy. The view from balcony is amazing! The apartment is simple, clean and very satisfying. I rented a bike which gave me easy access (and exercise) to various beaches. I only wish I had the time to revisit this place, it is an escape well worth the journey!

My son and I rented “Balcony Over the Sea” in June 2011. The best aspect of this house was its wonderful rooftop view of the town. We only spent a week there, but its location is perfect for access to the waterfront tavernas (and easy to walk home to afterwards!). We really enjoyed sitting on the roof and watching the town in the evening. We will be in Skopelos again in two weeks, so we are looking forward to coming all the way from Australia again.
