Getting around

  • The public transport next to Skopelos port includes buses and taxis and is a five minute walk from Lookout Studio.
  • The beach of the town is 450 meters away.
  • A vehicle (car or motorbike) is not necessary.
  • For normal sized cars there is free street parking right outside the main gate of the house and there are always parking spaces available.

Amenity limitations

  • Just a minute away from neighboring swimming pool, guests can use the sun beds, pool and free Wi-Fi, providing drinks are purchased at the poolside bar.
  • The neighboring hotel is usually open from mid-to-late May until late September or early October. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates regarding the start and end of its operating period.

  • Not suitable for infants and toddlers under 4 years.
  • Exterior security cameras on property (At the entrance of the building there is a 24-hour security camera)
  • Carbon monoxide alarm installed (Studio is equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm)
  • Smoke alarm installed (Studio is equipped with a smoke alarm)

Property information

  • Some spaces are shared (The external staircase to top floor is shared with the next door studio.)
  • Potential for noise (As a normal residential property in the center of a small town.)
  • Must climb stairs (The studio is on the top floor of the building, reached by an external staircase of 18 comfortable steps.)
  • No parking on property (There is free street parking right outside the main gate of the house. For a regular sized car there are always parking spaces available.)
