• Owner accepts direct bookings so their guests can save on rental platform fees.

• The price is for 2 guests per night and includes the listed amenities and services.
• Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is €8 per night. It is collected upon checkout to be paid to the Greek Tax Administration.

Location

• Lookout Studio in Skopelos town is centrally located a 350-meter uphill walk above the main port of Skopelos.
• The beaches of the town are 450 meters away.
• The accommodation is aimed at those who want to get around independently of any means of transportation; and young visitors who want to be close to the nightlife.

Getting around

• The public transport next to Skopelos port includes buses and taxis and is a five minute walk from Lookout Studio.
• A vehicle (car or motorbike) is not necessary, but we will be happy to recommend a local Car Rental Company if you wish.
• For normal sized cars there is free street parking right outside the main gate of the house and there are always parking spaces available.

Amenity limitations

• Just a minute away from neighboring swimming pool, guests can use the sun beds, pool and free Wi-Fi, providing drinks are purchased at the poolside bar.
• The neighboring hotel is usually open from mid-to-late May until late September or early October. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates regarding the start and end of its operating period.
