- Owners accept direct bookings so their guests can save on rental platform fees.

- The price includes the listed amenities and services.
- House cleaning and bed linen change are done every seven (7) days at no extra charge.
- The deposit to confirm the reservation is made via bank transfer.
- Minimum stay is four (4) nights.
- Reservations for fewer nights (i.e. 3) may be accepted, depending on the corresponding gaps that will exist in the calendar.
- Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is €15 per night. It is collected upon checkout to be paid to the Greek Tax Administration.
Getting around
- Villa Mavraki is near the road to the beach and the chapel of Agios Ioannis, on Mamma Mia Cliff; setting for the famous wedding scenes. An early morning drive from the house to the site, before the visitors start arriving, feels like another world entirely.
- To enjoy the island to the fullest, a vehicle is essential.
- Please note that local taxi drivers do not operate on dirt roads.
- Local car rental agencies offer cars suitable for the island’s rural roads.
- If you come with your own car, we do not recommend a vehicle with vulnerable dirt road tires (very low profile and/or rims).
