A seamless, modern, and space-smart kitchen is located in an alcove off the dining and living area. Handle-less cabinets keep the line\u200bs clean, while the dark countertop adds just enough edge. The mix of colors and natural light pulls warmth and contrast into a tight layout that wastes zero space.<\/p>\n

All rooms in the house are equipped with emergency lighting luminaires which illuminate upon failure of the normal mains supply.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInLeft” css=””]<\/p>\n

Bedrooms and Bathroom<\/h3>\n

The windows in both bedrooms face north and enjoy a refreshing breeze from the sea. Insect screens as well as shading shutters are available.
\nBedroom I has double bed (150cmx200cm) and is located on the left side of the living room.
\nBedroom II is located on the right side of the living room. The two single beds (90cmx200cm) are designed to be joined into a super comfortable emperor size mattress (200cm x 200cm).<\/p>\n

The decent sized bathroom at the back side of the house has walk-in shower. The window offers natural light and ventilation. Extra bath and face towels are provided.
