• Owner accepts direct bookings so their guests can save on rental platform fees.

• The price includes the listed amenities and services.
• Prices and corresponding reservations cover accommodation for 6 guests, for one week, from Friday to Friday; as indicated in the price list and availability calendar.
• Once the weekly rate is agreed and paid, guests can arrive and/or depart any day they choose between two Fridays, they have booked.
• Both the deposit and the balance payment are required via bank transfer.
• For reservations longer than one week, a full cleaning with fresh towels and linen is provided at the end of the first week.
• Check in after 2:00 PM – Check out before 10:00 AM

During your stay

• 6 guests maximum
• No pets
• No smoking inside the house (but you can smoke outside)
• No parties or events

Getting around

• A car is required for transport to and from the villa.
• From the main road, the private drive to the house winds steeply up through orchards and olive groves.
• The closest village is Glossa – a 10 minute drive by road from the house or a 20 minute walk via a donkey track. It is a traditional Greek village with steep and narrow cobbled streets and some intriguing shops and eateries. There are also supermarkets, a butcher, grocer, bakeries and other shops.
• Glossa sits on the hillside above the fishing village and port of Loutraki which also has cafes, restaurants and shops.
• There is a choice of unspoilt beaches within two miles of the house.
• Agios Ioannis – the Mamma Mia Church – is just five miles further up the coast.
• If you enjoy walks/hiking there is amazing country side around the villa.
• Up-to-date guides for the island with recommendations for restaurants, shops, beaches, boat rentals, etc., are always kept at the house.
