- Owner accepts direct bookings so their guests can save on rental platform fees.

- The price is for 2 guests per night and includes the listed amenities and services.
- A third guest can sleep on the living room sofa, but it is more suitable for a child or teenager than an adult. The cost is €10 per night.
- House cleaning and bed linen change are done every seven (7) days at no extra charge.
- Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is €8 per night. It is collected upon checkout to be paid to the Greek Tax Administration.
Getting around
- From the main road that skirts the island, access to the property is via a 500-metres dirt road (NO asphalt).
- A car is essential – or a motorcycle if you are an experienced motorcyclist.
- Local car rental agencies offer cars suitable for the rural roads of the island.
- Please note that local taxi drivers do not operate on dirt roads.
- If you are coming with your own car, we do not recommend a vehicle with vulnerable dirt road tires (very low profile and/or wheels).
Poperty info
- Some spaces are shared. The barbecue in the backyard is shared with the owners. It’s a great way to get to know them! There are charcoals at your disposal.
- Pets live on property. You will meet the friendly cats of the owners, who like to walk around the house and garden. As long as you do not feed them they will not come to your veranda. As for the chickens they are away from the house, in their own coop and fenced yard.
- Amenity limitations: The property does not have a TV or Wifi, but is a great place to unwind, unplug and relax.
- You can connect to the internet with your own data from your mobile phone.
- Devices: Exterior security camera on property. At the entrance of the land there is a 24-hour security camera.
During your stay
- Pets are allowed upon owner’s approval
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking inside the house (but you can smoke outside)
