The price is for 6 guests per night and includes the listed amenities and services.
The convertible sofa in living room can sleep a 7th guest at €20 per night.
Cleaning fee is €70 (One-time fee charged by host to cover the cost of cleaning their space.)
Baby cot is available at no extra charge.
House cleaning and bed linen change are done every seven (7) days at no extra charge.
Additional cleaning during your stay is optional at €50.
Towels change every 3-4 days or upon guests’ request. Please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stay is three (3) nights.
Top floor second kitchen can be used as an office or working station, but the appliances (fridge & oven) will remain unplugged. Enabling them can be arranged per request with extra cost.
Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is €8 per night. It is collected upon checkout to be paid to the Greek Tax Administration.

Host picks you up from Skopelos Main Port and takes you back (If you haven’t rented a car)
Luggage drop-off allowed (For guests’ convenience when they are arriving early or departing late)
