A charming home among private olive tree grove, Pan Flute Cottage houses the basic convenience with everything needed for a comfortable stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a place to escape from it all and reconnect with nature this small cottage is the place for you.

A short 5,7 km from the main town of Skopelos, the cottage is located at the end of a dirt country lane in Pefkias area. The only sound here is the distant bells of sheep and goats. Enjoy the freedom of the large private property with no immediate neighbours, explore the surrounding olive groves and hike the countryside.

Directly in the front door guests find themselves in a cozy living room with sofa, which opens into a bed to accommodate a fifth guest, and entry into all the remaining parts of the house.

The first bedroom directly off the living room accommodates two guests on a double bed and the second bedroom – loft space – accommodates two guests with two identical single beds.

On the other side of the living room is the entry to the fully equipped kitchen, which has all amenities of a basic home; four burner stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishes and cookware for cooking. The bathroom is located right off the kitchen and is adequate with basic amenities and shower.

Bookings direct with house owner, no booking fees.
The house sleeps up to 5 people.
Fresh towels, linen and cleaning service provided once a week.
Well-behaved pets are allowed only at the discretion of the owner.
Any damages attained to the property during stay is the responsibility of the guest.
To confirm your reservation a 30% deposit must be made. If deposit is not received within the allotted time we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled one month prior to arrival date the deposit is refunded in full. If the cancellation occurs within one month of arrival date then the deposit is non refundable.
